At AustinEco, every product is made-to-order through our Print-on-Demand system.
Because each item is customized according to customer specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product defects or production errors.
However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at service@austineco.io, and provide the following:

Photos or videos showing the issue

Description of the problem
Once verified, we will:

Reproduce and resend your order at no cost; or

Issue a full or partial refund (depending on the situation).
Please note:

We do not refund or replace items due to buyer’s mistake (wrong size, color, design, or address).

All refund decisions are at the discretion of AustinEco’s quality assurance team.
