Because every product is custom-made through our Print-on-Demand system, processing and delivery times may vary depending on product type and destination.
🕒 Processing Time
All orders require 3–7 business days for production before shipment.
This includes quality inspection, printing, packaging, and logistics preparation.
During peak seasons (such as holidays or promotional events), production time may be slightly extended.
🌍 Shipping Time & Regions
We ship worldwide from our partner facilities in China and the United States.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

🚨 Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at service@austineco.io.
We will work with our logistics partners to investigate and provide a suitable solution (replacement or refund if necessary).
